Cancellation Policy
50% of scheduled services will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. 100% of scheduled services will be charged for no-shows. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in being charged a cancellation fee and some or all services may need to be rescheduled.
